The goal of this project was to deliver a range of interactive web-based resources and online tools that would support Primary teachers in the delivery of a specific part of the curriculum, in this case, Citizenship, and to heighten pupils’ understanding and awareness of cultural and moral issues. The activities developed by TAG Developments were designed to enrich the learning process, to be interactive whiteboard enabled, but also to guide and support teachers in their delivery through CPD (Continuing Professional Development) and lesson support materials. The activities all had to be engaging for primary aged pupils, and through the activities teach children the importance of strong cultural and moral values, including charitable giving.

TAG Developments also developed a highly interactive and innovative web-based gaming engine that enables pupils to interact with other pupils in other schools via activities that simulate various different social and moral scenarios. The website went live during the Summer 2007, and TAG continues to support the Citizenship Foundation by exciting them with new ideas and delivering additional online activities.  For further information and examples of the activities created, see www.gogivers.org.uk.
