TAG’s partner for hosting. TAG has worked regularly with Rackspace to provide online hosting for our systems, including centrally hosted versions of MAPS and eScape. After using a variety of hosting companies chosen in a competitive process, TAG established a partnership relationship with Rackspace in 2005. TAG has an agreed Service Level Agreement in place with Rackspace to allow us to guarantee server up time to all of our development project clients. Within Rackspace, TAG has a dedicated project manager who remains in constant contact with the development team in house at TAG. Furthermore, TAG has direct access to all servers, and gets extensive reports from Rackspace on their efficiency, etc. Over the years, this has allowed us to develop and test our solutions in a range of contexts ensuring our own service provision is maintained at the highest standard.
